 Regular-Priced Merchandise

  • Within 7 days of purchase: Please bring your item back to the store and we will gladly exchange or issue a store credit, however, if applicable, the price of any promotional items or gifts will be deducted from the refund total is they are not returned along with your purchase.
  • Items must not be washed, worn or damaged. All original tags must be attached and you’ll have to present a valid receipt.
  • Please note that underwear, tights, belts, and jewelry are final sale.
  • Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law.

 

Sale Merchandise

  • Sorry, no refunds or exchanges for sale or discounted items.

  • No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization approval. If a customer fails to receive approval before shipping their items, Middle Sister Boutique reserves the right to deny said package(s). Customers who send back merchandise not approved Return Authorization are required to pay for the shipping cost associated with having the merchandise sent back to them

How to Request a Return

  • Sign into your account. If you used Guest Checkout then created an account using the same email address that you used in your order.  Under ‘My Order’ or ‘Account Dashboard’, find the order for the item you would like to return and click on ‘View’ to see your order details.
  • Click on the 'Return Items' button at the bottom right of your order details.
  • On the Returns page, enter the ‘Quantity to Return’ of the items you would like to return, set the ‘Return Reason’ to why you want to send them back, and set the ‘Return Action’ to ‘Refund’. If your item has a defect, please include details in the ‘Comment’ section.
  • Review your information and click the ‘Send' button.
  • Wait for an e-mail stating that your Return Status has been AUTHORIZED and then ship the item(s) along with a copy of your invoice to the address below.

  • Return shipping costs for all orders returned are the responsibility of the customer.  Returns should be postmarked within 7 days of the Return Authorization.
  • Please ensure returned clothing is packaged properly, we will not accept damaged items. Upon receipt of any merchandise, Middle Sister Boutique has the right to deny returns of any items that do not meet our return policy standards.

 

Online Return Refund & Processing

Order Cancellation

  • Hit the "Buy" button before you're ready? Email us at orders@middlesister.ca and let us know to cancel the order referencing the Order Number which can be found in your account under My Orders or in your order confirmation email.

 

Return Status Definitions

  • NEW - You just submitted a new return request.
  • PENDING - We're processing your request and making sure it complies with our refund and return policy.
  • AUTHORIZED - We’ve authorized your return request and we’ll get in touch with you shortly.
  • REFUNDED - A refund will be made to the payment method used. Refunds can take up to 3-5 days to show up on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer's policy.
  • REJECTED - We are unable to process your return as it violates our refund and return policy. For more details, please review our Returns Policy
  • CANCELLED - The return request was cancelled (either by the customer or us)
